For over 25 years Edwin Greenfield has dedicated his career to working with adults and seniors with disabilities. His passion for equal access to health and social services, education, accessible housing and spaces has produced awareness, accessible housing programs, access to education and more. Eager to further cultivate a culture of tolerance and understanding, Edwin founded DYAD Mediation Services. Choosing to specialize in conflict, mediation and education has opened opportunities to learn and build relationships among clients. The strength to succeed and overcome conflict is in everyone, DYAD's goal is to build on these strengths to find common ground and understanding.

MANAGING Partner
Edwin Greenfield, C-Med, Q-Arb
Edwin has mediated and negotiated settlements for personal injury cases across Ontario including hundreds of disputes with insurance companies. As a mediator and coach, Edwin’s primary focus is to help people resolve conflicts. Since 2009, Edwin has mediated workplace conflicts including disputes between colleagues, managers and employees and within teams with a specialty in disability and elder mediation.
As a mediator Edwin combines his conflict resolution problem solving skills with his understanding of individuals and interpersonal dynamics. For the past 27 years Edwin has worked at March of Dimes Canada in various management roles including Assistive Devices, Independent Living, Acquired Brian Injury and Literacy Options from Toronto and across Eastern Ontario.
Edwin holds a Social Service Worker Diploma and is an active member of the ADR Institute of Ontario. He obtained the designation of Chartered Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator and in 2013 received an Executive Certificate in Conflict Management from the University of Windsor Law School.
